It seems that this particular restaurant is rather well-known in these parts of town. They have a lot of different kinds of soups on sale. Good for nourishing the heart, mind and soul in these stressful parts of the city. A little comfort food that everyone of us could enjoy once in a while.

We decided to visit puchong for an all you can consume japanese buffett lunch. Why lunch? Because they don't do dinner. Buffett menu is only offered for lunch sessions. It will be ala carte for dinner.

So, with great anticipation we arrived at IOI Boulevard where this elusive japanese buffett restaurant resides. After searching high and low, we finally found the store.

加影沙爹 （Kajang Satay）

今天让我们一起到加影 （Kajang）尝尝著名的加影沙爹。

到达这市镇，可以看见很多沙爹摊位都会用Kajang Satay来当招牌。

记得要到Hj. Samuri，才是正宗的加影沙爹！

两层楼的餐馆，里面只售卖饮品、沙爹和饭团（Nasi Impik）。

营业时间：

星期一至四：10:30am – 12:30am

星期五： 4:00pm – 1:00am

星期六&日：　10:30am – 1:00am

座位分为有冷气和无冷气。 坐在哪儿都是一样的。依个人喜好决定。没有价钱的差别。

SATE = satay/ 沙爹

KUAH = gravy/ 花生酱料

工人正在烤沙爹。

各种的沙爹：牛肉、兔肉、鸡肉和羊肉沙爹。

兔肉沙爹应该是只有这里才有吧！

兔肉比鸡肉嫩滑。若没有吃小动物恐惧症，一定要尝尝。

配料 – 花生酱料，饭团和独家辣酱。

KOYA Japanese restaurant in Bandar Mahkota Cheras

A  japanese restaurant tucked away hiding in a quiet area called bandar mahkota cheras. Maybe mahkota cheras isn't that quiet anymore nowadays.

KOYA being the only decent japanese restaurant in the area , boasts an impressive variety of authentic japanese cuisines.

you get to savour the standard such as sushi, temaki sushi, gunkan sushi. The fried noodle staple known as yakisoba. They even have ochatzuke where its the first of most of the japanese restaurants that I have been. 

Ochatzuke, it is a kind of dish where the japanese rice is inundated with green tea to create something like a soupy rice dish.

悠闲的周末下午 -- 〈紫藤茶原〉聚

某个悠闲的周末下午，与好友相约聚餐， 经友人介绍到〈紫藤〉用餐。我傻傻的瞪着我的朋友，问道：我们不是要用午膳吗？怎么来这儿品茶？？？

原来，这儿也可以用餐。

在马来西亚，听见《紫藤》，大家一定会想到它是品茶、买茶的好去处！现在，除了可以到紫藤买好茶，更可以在《紫藤茶原》内，享用以茶为主的美味佳肴。目前，在马来西亚，因该是唯一一家餐馆‘以茶入菜’。

You couldn't have imagined at all... previously I introduced the Durian Fritters (crazy enough) but now, something even more extraordinary!
You must be wonder how it actually tastes or smells... It is exactly as you would have imagined... A cross between Durian and your favourite coffee bean! It fragrance lightly hints durian aroma, with whirls of coffee mixed in. Its truly unique!
Nothing you have ever tried, ever comes close to this baby!!

锅家 (KOYA) 日本料理

我俩的最爱 -- 日本料理！

午餐套餐只有 RM9.90，看来好像还蛮划算的，下回再来。

我很喜欢这餐桌的设计。

小酒吧……各种各样的烧酒。

舒适的环境。

感觉和我们最近去的Susan's Bistro有点相似。

塌塌米式餐桌。

还有间隔的房间。

绿茶？烧酒？烧酒？绿茶？

结果，还是选了绿茶。

我的最爱-- 小章鱼。

可是这小章鱼味道比较普通。（评分：3/5）

主菜登场咯！！！

寿司拼盘。

本人认为新鲜的材料是决定寿司好不好吃的关键之一。

整体来说，寿司拼盘还不赖，只可惜，醋饭好像不是用日本米。 （评分： 4/5）

后记，食物的味道、舒适的环境、价钱公道，值得推荐！

Local Delights! Fried Durian!

You must have heard of fried banana fritters or just plain fried bananas. I bet you have never heard of Fried Durian! You might have heard of it from someone but I bet you have never actually seen one!
Today I'm going to show you the real deal!
Durian - when fried, it doesn't have the pungent (rotten onion smell as somebody would have claimed) smell that everyone has come to love or hate. Whoever despise the smell before can give this fried fruit a go. You might be a fan after trying it once! Who knows! Its soft and creamy texture inside and its crispy out sides! Costs only RM5 for 3 pieces!

They gave a menu after we were seated. There's a lot on offer in this lovely food establishment. All the Italian favourites!

Had a glass of orange apple fresh juice. Pulpy and full of flavour fresh fruit juice.

Next come the classic creamy mushroom soup with garlic toast for appetizers.

Creamy and sumptuous! Thick and delicious!

The main course is next!

Ordered 2 dishes. The mexicana pizza cut into 8 tasty slices, definitely lifts your mood for the night!

The other dish is the seafood baked pasta package. Wrapped in foil and oven baked, when the dish is revealed, the mesmerizing fragrance and aromatic spices and herbs waft through the air, and triggers your salivary senses! 

Packed with calamari, mollusces and vegetables in ruby tomato sauce. A lavish meal!

Lastly, had some tiramisu for dessert. Decadent indeed!

A meal fit for a king!

Recommend to share the servings of all main dishes as its portions are rather big!

All in all, highly recommended place for a economically romantic dinner for two!
